This program specializes on specific areas that the player wants to focus on:
- Dribbling/1v1
- Increase ball control in tight spaces
- Learn skill/moves and faints to beat the opposite player
- Increase acceleration to break away into the open field
- Passing
- Improve short/long passing with different parts of the foot
- Improve pass making decisions/ increase field vision to find the open teammate
- Improve ball movement across the field

- Receive a pass and control it with different types of pressure

- Create/make space after pass to move into attack
